Loretta has worked with youth and families in communities including Lower Mainland, Scarborough, ON, New Delhi and Bangalore, India, Nairobi, Kenya, and Gulu, Kampala and Ibanda, Uganda over the last 11 years. Her background in Child and Youth Care Counselling, facilitation, ICF certified life enhancement coach training, and her Canadian Career Development Practioner Certification allows her the knowledge and experience to create the best possible programs for young women. Loretta has also initiated for-profit employment services including a corporate social responsibility program with an national business, is a two TEDx speaker and Masters Degree student at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.

Tia is a professionally trained life coach, girl’s leadership facilitator and the cofounder of Global Sorority™. Her passion is to empower and inspire young women to make positive life decisions by offering them a platform from which they can contribute their best. She believes that girls hold the power to shape a better world through positive and collaborative leadership Tia is inspired to create change by focusing on gender-based solutions to global problems. She also coaches women to find their path to a fulfilling life through contributing their voices and talents to make the world a better place. Creating a legacy and life they love. Tia lives in Rancho Santa Fe California with her husband and two dogs. She continues to travel the world to film the Global Sorority™ documentary series, creating awareness around gender equality and giving an empowering voice to girls. Currently Tia is producing a speaker series podcast called Women Changing the World. She dedicates the rest of her “spare time” to expanding Global Sorority™ chapters and connecting young women from each end of the globe. Always striving for growth and improvement Tia recently went back to school for fundraising management and business development. She is also in the process of writing a children’s book based on the adventures of a little purple monkey named Passion who happens to be the Global Sorority™ mascot.
Andrea is a Producer, Videographer, Writer and Editor with a deep passion for utilizing media as a multimodal tool of empowerment, education and social change. A visual storyteller, Andrea works internationally producing projects that support organizations working to make the world a better place. Locally she has worked in a variety of production and communications positions including Producing for CTV's First Story, an Aboriginal current affairs program. She currently lives in Victoria BC where she does Multimedia Production and Communications for Mercy Ships Canada, in addition to Producing the Global Sorority Documentary Series and other freelance work. Andrea holds a technical degree in Video Production and Media Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication from Royal Roads University.
